Additional guests or visitors must be approved prior to check in. Close the doors of any unused bedrooms. Return paddle boards, kayaks or other water toys to the location you found them to avoid them being lost. Pet policy: We will allow up to two small (20lbs or less) non-shedding dogs with an additional pet fee. An outdoor fenced kennel space is available. Please clean up outdoors after your pet prior to departure. Failure to comply with the pet policy with large and/or shedding dogs will lead to an additional $250 fee to remove pet hair prior to next guests.

Guests will have access to the main house except for 2 locked cleaning closets.
