Main Level The main floor features a cozy master suite with a king-size Sleep Number bed and private bath with double sinks and a tub/shower. The open layout includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, office space, sitting nook, and living room with a TV—perfect for gathering and unwinding after a day on the water. Main Level Outdoor Access Step out from the living room to the spacious deck, where you’ll find beautiful lake views, plenty of seating, and a propane grill. Start your day with coffee at sunrise or share wine with friends and family at sunset. Just steps from the deck, the sandy beach awaits with 4 loungers, two docks, a swim raft with seats and slide, a boat lift, a jet ski lift, and a lakeside fire pit surrounded by 6 Adirondack chairs. Second Level Upstairs offers four bedrooms—three with queen beds and one bunk room with two bunk beds (4 twin beds). The bunk room is stocked with toys, books, and DVDs to keep kids entertained. A spacious full bath with tub/shower and heat lamp serves this level. Every bedroom has a TV with Amazon Firestick streaming (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu). An upstairs living room with an electric fireplace and TV opens to a private deck, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunrise views over the lake. Bonus Game Room The heated garage has been transformed into an entertainment haven—featuring a living area with TV, half bath, laundry, full kitchen, Pac-Man arcade, ping pong, darts, foosball, bean bags, and dining table for games or snacks. Lake & Yard Fun In the outdoor shed, you’ll find 2 kayaks, 4 paddle boards, a lily pad, adult and youth life jackets, floaties, pool noodles, sand toys, plus lawn games like giant Jenga, slam ball, and bean bags. Board games are also available for indoor fun. Note: A detached garage is on-site but not available to guests.

Be mindful of noise (especially after 10pm CT) to keep it a peaceful area for our neighbors. Additional guests or visitors must be approved prior to check in. Close the doors of any unused bedrooms. Return paddle boards, kayaks or other water toys to the location you found them to avoid them being lost. Pet policy: We will allow up to two small (20lbs or less) non-shedding dogs with an additional pet fee. An outdoor fenced kennel space is available. Please clean up outdoors after your pet prior to departure.

Lake Information Nelson Lake is a peaceful, spring-fed gem in the middle of a three-lake chain, connected to Upper and Middle Cormorant Lakes by scenic channels. Explore all three by kayak, paddle board, pontoon, boat, or jet ski. Middle Cormorant even offers a lakefront restaurant, Swannies, perfect for a casual meal after a day on the water. The lake is known for excellent fishing—walleye, northern pike, largemouth bass, bluegill, crappie, rock bass, and perch are all plentiful. Calm, clear waters make it ideal for swimming, paddling, and family fun. Home Setting Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the home offers peace, privacy, and a safe place for walks or jogs along tree-lined, paved roads—a true Minnesota lake-country experience. While we’ve never had issues, please note there’s a hill leading to the property that may require a four-wheel-drive vehicle in winter.
