* Main Level * The main floor boasts the cozy master bedroom with a king sized Sleep Number bed and attached bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub/shower. A large fully stocked kitchen, dining space, office space, sitting area and living room (with TV) are also located on the main level. * Main Level Outdoor Access * Access to the outdoor deck space is available through the main floor living room. The deck has beautiful views, plenty of seating and a propane grill. Come enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine with friends/family in the evenings. Outside next to the lake is a sandy beach area with 3 loungers, two docks, a swim raft with 2 seats and a slide, a boat lift and a jet ski lift as well as a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs. * Second Level * Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen beds and 1 with two bunk beds (4 twin beds). A variety of children's toys, books and DVD's are provided in the bunk room. There is one spacious full bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a heat lamp. Each bedroom has a TV with Amazon Firesticks with Netflix, Disney+ and Hulu to stream desired shows/movies. Upstairs also has a living room with an electric fireplace, TV, and access to an upper level deck with stunning sunrise views of the lake and property. *Bonus Game Room* A large heated garage provides extra entertainment with a living space, TV, half bath, laundry, table with chairs, full kitchen, Pac-Man arcade machine, ping pong table, darts, foosball table and bean bags. * Other Entertainment (in outdoor shed)* A variety of lake toys are available including a swim raft, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a lily pad, adult and youth life jackets, a variety floaties and pool noodles as well as sand toys. Games are available for outdoor (lawn games such as Jenga, slam ball and bean bags) and indoor (Board games) use during your stay. * Additional information * This home is ideal for multiple families, friend gatherings, holiday events, winter retreats or summer/winter fishing trips! A separate detached garage is on the property but is not accessible to guests. Get ready to relax and enjoy beautiful Minnesota lake life!

Be mindful of noise (especially after 10pm CT) to keep it a peaceful area for our neighbors. Additional guests or visitors must be approved prior to check in. Close the doors of any unused bedrooms. Return paddle boards, kayaks or other water toys to the location you found them to avoid them being lost. Pet policy: We will allow up to two small (20lbs or less) non-shedding dogs with an additional pet fee. An outdoor fenced kennel space is available. Please clean up outdoors after your pet prior to departure.

* Lake Information * Nelson Lake is a quiet spring fed lake in the middle of a 3 lake chain including Upper Cormorant and Middle Cormorant. Channels allow you to access all 3 lakes by kayak, boat, pontoon, paddle board or jet ski. Middle Cormorant has a restaurant on the lake called Swannies that you can access by pontoon or boat. The lake is known for great fishing including walleye, northern pike, largemouth bass, bluegill, crappie, rock bass and perch. We love this peaceful lake which is ideal for swimming and water activities! * Home Setting * The home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with all paved roads leading up to it. It’s perfect for walks or jogs enjoying the beauty of tree lined roads and tons of true Minnesota beauty! Although we have never run into any issues, a large hill right before the property may pose challenges in the winter months if not driving a four wheel drive vehicle. * Weather Cancellations * Please note that refunds are not available for weather related cancellations or delays.
