Upstairs sleeping options include two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a full-over-twin bunk bed. Additional guests or visitors must be approved prior to check-in. Return paddle boards, kayaks, water toys and other yard games to the location you found them to avoid them being lost. Pet policy: We will allow up to two small (20lbs or less) non-shedding dogs with an additional pet fee. Please clean up outdoors after your pet prior to departure. Failure to comply with the pet policy with large and/or shedding dogs will lead to an additional $250 fee to remove pet hair prior to next guests.

Little Cormorant Lake is located 10 miles west of Detroit Lakes, Mn in Becker County. The lake covers 924 acres, and is a shallow lake with many bays and islands. The maximum depth of the lake is 35 feet.
